All information about business partners and processes are stored centrally in the ERP-System. All components of the correspondence are easily displayable and searchable with one click. Besides the automatic filing of incoming and outgoing emails various different types of communication files (e.g. notes, images, video and sound data) can be assigned to a business partner or transaction.

As an integral part of the e.bootis-ERPII solution the internal DMS-system enables you to be responsive to your business partners at all times. The option for colleagues to access the correspondence overview is also a great relief in times of vacation replacements as long handovers are no longer necessary.

Automatic News and Document Dispatch via all Communication Channels

Getting the right information on the right way! e.bootis-ERPII can create automated documents and message records during transactions like e.g. change of status that can be dispatched via any preferred communication channel. It is possible to set up the preferred transmission path (email, EDI, fax, mail, etc.) per transaction type down to employee level.

Stay in Contact with your Customers via TAPI

Customers sometimes do wish to contact your company directly. The e.bootis-ERPII TAPI (Telephony Application Programming Interface) provides the identification of the calling partner.

A selection box enables the direct branching into various applications as e.g. order entry or customer information. The tedious search for customer number or –name belongs to the past. From now on you know immediately who you are dealing with!

On the other side you can call all relevant contacts out of any application.

Consistent EDI Support

EDI is the way if you prefer the non-personal contact: per electronic data interchange electronic systems can send and receive information without any interaction between staff. This way requests, orders and claims can be exchanged between business partners within seconds.

A mayor advantage: e.bootis-ERPII doesn’t need an external converter. That means that transformations into supplier- and customer specific EDI formats are processed via web services directly in the e.bootis-ERPII Suite.
